Location close to a famous tourist attraction was convenient. the room was spacious with good amenities. the hotel was also situated near a train station making it easy to get around.

The hotel failed to provide breakfast and had no meals available. the staff struggled to communicate in English which made it difficult to ask questions.

The hotel location was great for our Xmas skiing trip, with easy access to the slopes and a short walk to the hot springs. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the ski resort. the hotels' restaurant and bar were lively, offering a variety of local and international cuisine. The Snow Monkey Park was only a short drive away, and it was an amazing experience to watch the monkeys in their natural habitat.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated, and the heating system was inconsistent, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. , the hotel didn't provide any room service, and the nearest convenience store was a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel's location is excellent, being within a short distance of a cafe. the room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with all necessary facilities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with an adequate supply of hot water available. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, with a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests.

The pricing was on the higher side, which might not be feasible for budget-conscious travellers.
